Orders placed through this website constitute a binding purchase agreement. Payment is by advance bank transfer only. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.
Shipping
Items are shipped within the Netherlands and EU at a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. All shipments are sent insured. Delivery times vary depending on destination. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment.
Returns
As each piece is handmade and unique, returns are only accepted for damaged items. Please inspect your purchase upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of any damage.

I am Roosje van Donselaar, an independent artist based in the Netherlands.
I collect and process email addresses and contact details (name, phone number, address) solely for processing sales of my artworks, communication regarding orders and commissions, and sending promotional materials about my art with your consent.

Your personal data is stored securely and is only accessible to me. I do not share your information with third parties except when necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., shipping).
